Shipping + Returns
*Please note shipping changes over the Easter holiday period: Orders received on or before Sunday 4 April will be dispatched the following business day. Orders received on or after Monday 5 April will be dispatched on Monday 19 April when our office re-opens following the Easter break. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
We implement eco-friendly shipping strategies through use of compostable mailers, eco-friendly packaging and carbon-neutral shipping providers wherever possible.
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide for orders over $75.
For orders under $75, we offer a simple flat rate of $5.
Estimated delivery timeframes for metropolitan areas are 2-4 working days. Remote areas may take longer.
We offer free standard shipping to New Zealand for orders over $75.
For orders under $75, we offer a simple flat rate of $10 (AUD).
Estimated delivery timeframes are 6-12 working days.
We offer free standard shipping to most countries and areas in North America, Asia and Europe for orders over $100 (AUD)*.
For orders under $100, we offer a simple flat rate of $15 (AUD).
Estimated delivery timeframes are 7-14 working days.
For limited countries where duties may be payable, those duties/charges are the responsibility of the receiver. Your order may also be subject to customs inspections which could delay delivery timeframes (which is unfortunately beyond our control).

Returns and Exchanges
Not quite right? Not a problem. All we want to do is create products our customers love to wear.
Within 14 days of receiving your items, please:
1. email firstname.lastname@example.org noting:
- your order number
- for returns: the item/s you would like to return
- for exchanges: the item you would like exchanged, and the replacement size/colour you are seeking
2. ensure the items are unworn and unwashed with tags attached, in resaleable condition (not damaged or altered by you) and free of deodorant, make-up or other marks
3. post items back to us at:

As a small family business, we thank our customers for covering the postage of returns or exchanges. (To help you minimise the need for returns or exchanges, please visit our Sizing page, and email email@example.com if you still have any sizing queries before placing your order.)
We aim to process refunds and exchanges within 5 business days of receipt of the returned product. Please then allow 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you believe your product is faulty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the product, so that we can assist you with an exchange or full refund.
