Shipping + Returns
**HOLIDAY UPDATE** OUR OFFICE IS TAKING A SUMMER BREAK FOR PART OF JANUARY. ORDERS, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS PLACED AND RECEIVED BEFORE FRIDAY 8 JANUARY WILL BE ACTIONED AS NORMAL. We implement eco-friendly shipping strategies through use of compostable mailers, eco-friendly packaging and carbon-neutral shipping providers wherever possible.
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide for orders over $50.
For orders under $50, we offer a simple flat rate of $5.
Estimated delivery timeframes for metropolitan areas are 2-4 working days. Remote areas may take longer.
We offer free standard shipping to New Zealand for orders over $50.
For orders under $50, we offer a simple flat rate of $10 (AUD).
Estimated delivery timeframes are 6-12 working days.
We offer free standard shipping to most countries and areas in North America, Asia and Europe for orders over $100 (AUD)*.
For orders under $100, we offer a simple flat rate of $15 (AUD).
Estimated delivery timeframes are 7-14 working days.
For limited countries where duties may be payable, those duties/charges are the responsibility of the receiver. Your order may also be subject to customs inspections which could delay delivery timeframes (which is unfortunately beyond our control).

Returns and Exchanges
**PLEASE NOTE: our 14 day return timeframe below will be relaxed for products purchased as gifts. We are happy to process returns and exchanges on Christmas purchases until mid January 2021 provided they meet our other policy requirements below**
Not quite right? Not a problem. All we want to do is create products our customers love to wear.
Within 14 days of receiving your items, please:
- ensure the items are unworn and unwashed with tags attached, in resaleable condition (not damaged or altered by you) and free of deodorant, make-up or other marks;
- email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you would like a return or exchange; and
- follow the instructions we email you, easy!
We offer free Australian returns and exchanges.
We thank our international customers for covering postage costs of returns or exchanges. (To help you minimise the need for returns or exchanges, please visit our Sizing page, and email email@example.com if you still have any sizing queries before placing your order.)
We aim to process refunds within 5 business days of receipt of the returned product. Please then allow 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you believe your product is faulty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the product, so that we can assist you with an exchange or full refund.
